The Body, Mind & Spirit Expo rolled into town and we showed up with open hearts and flower crowns firmly in place. Imagine a giant crystal grid sprinkled with palo santo smoke and laughter…that was the scene. It was part metaphysical marketplace, part community hug and part sensory overload in the best possible way.
